Pizza Dough

I have SO many pizza dough recipes, it looks like I need to do some testing to find THE one.

This one comes from my aunt Adrienne.  She taught me how to make pizza at her house when she would come get me from Ricks to spend the weekend at their home in Rexburg and let me do my laundry!

1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
3 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil

Combine and knead until smooth.  Let rise.  Roll out, top and bake at 375 degrees for 15-30 minutes.
15 - cheese only
30 - loaded

Bake on the bottom rack of the oven.
