Grandma Eve's Potato Rolls

3 cups potato water
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbsp yeast

Heat 1 cup water (115 degrees).  Mix sugar and yeast with water, let stand 10 minutes.

In large bowl combine 2 cups water, oil, salt, and beat in 1 cup flour making smooth paste.  Add yeast mixture continuing to beat and add 1 cup flour at a time until it is hard to mix.  Work with hands gently.  Grease bowl and let rise 1 hour.  Shape into rolls.  Let rise 30-45 minutes.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
