Hummus

From my bridal shower from Cecily Burk

8oz can chick peas (drain, but save juices)
2 garlic cloves
6 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp tahini
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
salt, pepper or additional garlic to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.  May need to add some juice from chick peas if it is too thick.
Serve with hot pita bread.
