Dissolve 1 Tbsp yeast in 1 1/2 cup warm water. Add 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Add 3 1/2 cup flour and knead for 5 minutes. Roll to 1/2 in thick, 4 in wide, and 12-15 in long. Cut about 1/2 in wide. Put on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or til light brown. When done, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or garlic salt, or with just plain butter.
