Stuffed French Bread

1/2-1 pound ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken, or celery)
1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies (cooked)
1 cup grated cheese

Brown beef and onion, drain.  Stir in any veggies you want and 1 can soup (without milk). Cut off end of loaf of french bread, pull out insides of bread.  Mix insides of bread with meat and soup mixture.  Stir in cheese.  Mix all of this well.  Re stuff back into hollow loaf.
Wrap in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Slice to serve.
